We recently attended a sushi and sake’ tasting at a local wine-bar. We had no idea what to expect, but certainly not a live chef and a sushi case. We have been to other sake’ tastings before, and as usual, the sushi was pre-made. This sushi was all fresh, and made to each order, and a good variety. The owner was gracious and she somehow managed to keep our fussy table of guests very happy. The extra sake’ didn’t hurt. Sign us up for any future sushi events.

My girlfriend and I tried a wine tasting in Long Beach recently that featured sushi. We weren’t expecting to eat sushi for 3 hours, and we weren’t expecting it to be so awesome! We were impressed with the live chef, and the great fish selections. I even got my friend to try Eel for the first time and loved it. We will be hiring Fish-Bar for a Christmas party this year for sure.

Fish-Bar Sushi is the ultimate sushi dining experience. Having a mobile service that makes fresh sushi in your home is without question the most unique sushi concept around. The Chef was methodical in preparation and even offered us the leftovers in specially made hand-rolls. Really cool.
